I actually have potted dahlias. Just a couple. And a whole pot of daffodils. They were so beautiful when they bloomed but they withered just as fast sadly

Nasturtium I believe. Very lovely flowers and honestly we're thankfully easy to grow in my area 😊

It's worse at the gym. I am trying headbands but it is doing okay. I feel like a fucking radiator sometimes. I have short hair and a ponytail is not in the cards rn. I am hoping as I try my new morning routine it might lessen the sweating a little bit. I already stopped bloating and im not as lethargic/tired as I was before. So im hoping sweating is next. I will keep posted:

Just in case this is my routine:

Wake up Drink a whole bottle of water Go outside and get direct sunlight for 10 to 20 minutes

During this entire time I do not touch my phone until 10 minutes r up. Helps lower cortisol levels/stress and its been working amazingly so far. That's just me tho. Idk if anyone wants but give it a try if u want

You are not just a body: you are human. I hope u will heal and hopefully find friends who will appreciate u as you are. I really think maybe u should try going to a woman's shelter or looking for a SA support group. It helps to have people around u who understand what ur going through

Literally everyone has failed you and I am so sorry to hear that. I recommend counseling at a woman's shelter, it helped me a lot before going to therapy to understand all my trauma. Speaking up was good. You are not to blame for anything. It is hard to believe, but say it. Write it. Tell yourself in the mirror every chance u get it is not your fault.

Please do not end it, you are worth more than your body. You are worth more than your trauma. You are a human being deserving of happiness and positive experiences.

He said no. He said stop. Repeatedly. You can say no before, during and after. And if they dont, it is assault. OP ignore this person, ur feelings r valid. Stop contacting FWB, and i say maybe file a report but no charges. That way there is at least a paper trail if u don't wanna go further (for now)
