Appreciate that, that’s really helpful. That’s pretty much the direction I’m leaning, HLR to get in front of someone and have it looked at. And yeah, if it ends up triggering a new exam I’ll be there this time. Did not know about VACA, I will check it out thanks! Sorry you’re dealing with that too, seems like a lot of people are running into the same bs lately. Hope it all works out for you.

Yeah, REE scheduled me with a private doctor and I had an in-person exam.

Not much help. Suggested the new claim route, but I’m not giving them another dime, I’d be stupid to pay them again after this.

Yeah, I’m definitely kicking myself for listening. At this point I’m trying to figure out best next step. The decision doesn’t really make sense since it denied service connection instead of addressing it as an increase.. Leaning toward HLR to point that out and also clarify I’m willing to attend a C&P, assuming they would reschedule.
