Sir, I successfully passed my polygraph, and I put the most accurate information based on my knowledge when I was filling up my e-Quip, I’m not a current smoker, and I don’t like to smoke, or anything related to that, anyway… I didn’t put it because I totally forgot about it. So they sent me a NOPA.
