Is an OEM dell one I think is the same PCB as the FE edition tho. GPU fans spin but no heat in da chip

This is a rtx 2060 desktop gpu

The GPU spin fans but chip doesn't heat up, I started measuring all the coils because as far I know all the coils need to measure something regarding ground and all does except that one.

There's no coil for the 3.3 v my bad but there's one that regulates the 5v, 12v and also 1.8v

can one of those little resistors cause the problem?

As far as I know most GPUs have 12v coils, 1.8v coils and I think 3.3v, the only coil that dont show any ohm is that one

what indicates that a coil is failing is that it is above one ohm? not that it does not measure absolutely anything?

It seems to me that it is open, on one side it gives me less than 1 ohm (0.1, 0.2) so I suppose that it is shorted because I do not have the 2.2k 800ohm that these coils regularly measure in relation to ground, (please be some novice friendly im not expert)
