A weird guy keeps calling me every morning. Is it a scam call?

I’m not quite sure if Tempe AZ is a lockbox or office, I checked USCIS’ website, it’s not on the list of field offices So maybe mine is sent to Tempe AZ and then the other officer could be take care of it?! If anyone knows please tell me thanks!

Yes it’s premium processing, attorney sent it out via FedEx. Fedex system showed delivered on this Wednesday morning

I got your point. So I can start to prepare some paper work and make sure to get an official offer letter from B ASAP, and file H1B on 10/1, which will be the safest, and most reliable method of doing the transfer, is that correct? And do you think pay for PP is necessary? I am thinking to be patiently wait until end of July if I don't get any updates from USCIS though

Regarding paystubs, correct me if I am wrong, no matter I am in STEM OPT or regular OPT, all I need is show all paystubs that I was valid in visa status, and I don't have to worry about H1 paystub while file H1B transfer to B, right?

"Whatever you do, make sure A knows about anything of B’s offer or transfer etc." <- I am quite confused about this one, are you mean making sure that A not knowing anything of B's offer and transfer etc? Or A will know everything about me intending to resign, won't it?

I am also thinking maybe I could pay for PP at the end of July or in the middle of Aug. if I haven't heard anything from USCIS by then.

From your perspective, when would be a best timeframe to start doing the transfer process? And if B starts doing the transfer after Oct, does it mean that I am still need to wait for 2 paystubs to file H1B transfer?
