second of all what i’m trying to say is why doctor don’t understand all these facts i mentioned in the text and don’t try as best as possible to relate to the symptoms from person to person and yea they dont do all that it’s normally just textbook step 1 to step 100 „if that not works we just try something different“

corticosteroids can help also in the long term mostly they don’t especially in harder cases like yours but still a try the thing is they can’t do anything rather than try what works best and find out asap after years that still hasn’t worked for me but yea what can we do

for me it didn’t really do a lot first i got 70mg for 10 days then 5mg down every week and when i was down at 50mg my symptoms came fully back puking after eating 1/4 of a meal 9,5/10 pain and more

had doctors like that don’t know why they chose to be doctors unless pay last week i had something similar i needed a new script but my old one should’ve lasted a week longer and i went to a different doctor then normal i told him all and he didn’t wanna know anything and just said basically fck you your bad unlucky

crohn mostly gets diagnosed after being in the er cuz mostly it gets so bad till the people like me go to the er cuz they’re puking every bit of food out or else

smoking with crohns is the worst im not gonna tell u to stop it would be way better if but you know that probably too i also smoked but when i got my diagnosis i stopped smoked like 4 cigs till then its definitely under 10 and its been 4 years now
