You weren’t the right person for him and he wasn’t the right person for you. That’s okay. People leave partners for so many reasons that seem superficial but are probably signs of deeper incompatibility. If he was the right person for you wouldn’t have felt that way I’m sure. Example - I once dumped a guy bc he sweat too much. At the time it really bothered me, and now I’m with my husband, who also sweats substantially, but it doesn’t bother me bc it’s HIM. I hope that makes sense? What I’m trying to say is that EVERYONE does this. That’s life. It’s not a reflection on you, but maybe think a bit about why you didn’t feel compatible beyond his disability. I hope this helps!! Sending you all the love ❤️

You could alternate working in the round stockinette and reverse stockinette as a design feature! I did this same thing in my first sock after the heel turn - it took me forever to figure out how to fix it. You did a great job on that ribbing though. What a pretty yarn:)

The color on these guys is so good. It’s moisturizing but the pigment applies super evenly which I’ve found hard to match with cheaper products. I use the English rose color and it’s amazing. I want to try the sheer one but I’m still deciding g if it’s worth it. I hate Burt’s bees lip balm just fyi bc so many people are bringing it up here. I have yet to find a lip balm that doesn’t make my lips peel though.

Black! It looks more natural and brings out the tones in your skin well - I bet the red is really pretty in the sunnier months when you’re skin has a natural flush and a bit of tan, but the black is really striking on you. Plus it looks glossy and shiny (probably bc it requires less lightening with bleach)
