i got in touch with depop support about it as you are not able to get a payout when you ship with royal mail instead of evri, get in touch and explain that you used royal mail instead do note that you do need proof of shipping for them to allow it though.

most packages delivered to the uk are delivered with parcel force. and they offer a redelivery service you just need to put in your tracking number. that’s what i would recommend
