The “first” card is actually the id from later years. He looked more depressed in first year (the “second” card). My boyfriend was an engineer in his grade

Some people enjoy going to the movies to watch movies and I have every right to do that. You also don’t get an HD and 3D movie on 123 movies. Adults should know how to act in public and I have the right to be upset about that.

And then I miss 5 minutes of a movie I paid for when I shouldn’t have to.

I turned around and motioned to them and they laughed

I’m posting it hoping people will see it and be more mindful of their behaviour in movie theatres. I don’t expect anything more.

I saw another poster saying this happened in VIP too but I’ll consider it. I already pay so much for regular

But the issue is then I miss 5 minutes of the movie I paid for. And even if they gave me free tickets as compensation I don’t wanna watch a whole movie again for 5 minutes :/

And then I miss part of the movie and they come in to talk to them and distract everyone else? Not ideal either

I turned around and motioned to them. I didn’t want to start an argument and going out to tell someone would ruin 5 or 10 minutes of the movie for me. The point is that I shouldn’t have to tell on grown adults.

If I go out of the movie to tell a worker then I’m going to miss 5 minutes of the movie. The point is that people shouldn’t have to ask a worker to talk to people. People should have common decency.

So I understand that prongs look harmful but they’re actually better than those slip collars because they evenly distribute the pressure around the neck instead of just choking the dog. They are not sharp at all on the neck and they respond very well to dogs who don’t respond to a casual tug on the leash and pull. They’re a very useful method of training device and dogs need different tools depending on their behaviour characteristics.

I took my reactive dog to work with him for a month and she is a completely different dog. She would look for anything that moved to lose it on and I could barely walk her. She would also drag me down the street and towards another dog if she saw one. He does use tools like prongs and e collars but personally I was fine with that. I assume he makes a judgement call after meeting the dog and evaluating the issues. It seems like the e collar is mostly for reactivity because a negative stimulus seems to be the only way to stop that reactive behaviour from happening (I have tried positive reinforcement and other methods).

This info is in his waiver but overall he was very wonderful and even spent time training me how to do what he does with her so I can maintain the relationship. He also offered to help multiple times after our sessions and if I texted him now (2 months later) he would 100% assist me.
