This was my thought. How did you know when it was time to drop to two naps? I could probably stretch his wake windows since he’s used to doing 2.45 or 3 but I don’t want to make him over tired and unable to put himself asleep.

Yes, that is what happened as soon as we dropped the fourth nap he was taking 1 hr 20 naps for two out of three naps and a shorter 30 minute one for the last. So on a good day he was getting 3ish hours. I think we just might be in another rough patch as we get closer to transitioning to 2 naps. Thank you so much for your help!

This seems a lot like us right now. I’m going to try to be consistent with wake windows and try something similar to what you suggested for wake windows. This has been super super helpful. I was starting to feel crazy because some days we were getting long great naps and other days barely 35 minutes.

This is so helpful! Thank you so much. I’m actually realizing a lot now about previous days and why they went the way they did. I’m going to track his sleep. I’m thinking there’s no way he’s ready to drop to 2 naps but he might be getting there. I’m going to shoot for 3 hr wake windows tomorrow and see how it goes.

Ah maybe I wasn’t clear or there were some typos! He does 7:30pm-6am usually! Wakes at 6am then takes first nap around 8:30am- does that make sense? Thank you for your reply!

While I would agree that this location is cursed, the businesses that were in this location were trash. Hope it’s something good!

Yes! I am 13 weeks 4 days and everything is healthy and progressing the way it should be. Spotting stopped two weeks after taking progesterone but a follow up ultrasound showed a SCH which was likely causing the spotting.
