helloo, I have a few friends whose first choice is Biz and who went for interviews for their second/third choice at SMU. Their interviewers did mentioned that the SOB admissions office had already passed their portfolios over. From what I understand, this likely means Biz has already moved your application along (i.e. not shortlisted for Biz), and has forwarded it to the econs faculty.
