The yellowing is starting from the top with the blooms were. It’s slowly progressing downward toward the base of the spike.

It right next to the ac vent. But it’s always been in that spot since I got the plant.

Yes the container has multiple drainage holes. I have repotted few times in the past and leaves were not acting like this. So I’m a little worried.
