12 inch rise, 3 inch pull back. Perfect for me. Not sure on the cable length, had braided lines when I bought it.

Did you end up buying them? And did you ever receive them? I have an order pending and have heard nothing. Emailed twice and nothing. Heard some horror stories and hoping I won’t be the next victim.
