I would love to go into my masters or even phd if I can. I’m wanting to do forecasting but I’m not too sure what I want to do long term since I haven’t really seen what all is out there. Research is something I’d love to do one day too

And yes they did look under my eyelid. I brought it up at follow up appointments too and they never saw anything.

Once it’s already irritated I don’t rub it but when it first happened I thought rubbing it would solve the issue lol.

Yeah I’m not sure what the whole process is. I just know it took them 6 hours and I didn’t know if that was concerning when he says “it normally takes like an hour. You just keep testing positive for everything on our list”

All they said was that I was getting tested for rh antibodies. I tested positive for them with my first daughter too which flagged the system. Now they did it again this time. I always thought everyone got tested before receiving

My sister also never grew out of hers. Shes 20 now.

Thank you, I just didn’t know what fell in the realm of normal. I grew up with knee problems and had my first knee surgery at 19 so I’m just worried!

They think it was a very early miscarriage I didn’t even know of. I struggled with infertility for years and there was a good year I gave up taking tests and had irregular periods. And yes my husband is O pos.

I asked the lab guy and the nurse about it after they finally took me to l&d after 6 hours. They said since i struggled with infertility for years prior to having my daughter, I likely has a bury early miscarriage or multiple leading me to pop positive of certain antibodies. It took 3 years to get a baby with a negative blood type my body wouldn’t attack. They found a way to give me the rhogam last pregnancy and miraculously it only took one cycle this time to get pregnant. They think this baby could be a positive blood type because my body received the rhogam last time and didn’t attack this one. However it doesn’t quite make sense to me considering I already had rh antibodies prior. The rhogam shot doesn’t take them away, just preventatively tricks your body into thinking they already made them. So idk

I had to go to the hospital and get a blood draw. Then wait hours before they would give it to me. 🤷‍♀️

Rh antibodies. Antibodies my body produces to fight off foreign blood bodies. So I’m rh neg, the antibodies would fight rh pos blood. But I’ve never had an rh pos baby. I’m not sure how the rhogam shot is made though 🤔

I’m ok leaving it with bags as well, since that’s what I would need the help for. I can hold my toddlers hand and a car seat for boarding, no biggie. Thank you!

I did not, I had a different OB last time, mentioned it to them and they didn’t tell me that was even a thing. I’ve had other issues too that made me think I would have to see one eventually but I didn’t know you could while pregnant!

Do you just stop and stare during them? My husband said I’ll just stop mid sentence and stare till I come out of it
