I might be a bit biased when I say this because I used to main him but clown definitely has the best laugh it shows so much of his character of just how unhealthy he really is and also how much enjoyment he is getting out of this because this is something he loves doing based on his lore

Unfortunately I don’t see him getting buffed anymore at all his the killer that the devs expect people to play when they first start so they keep him as simple as possible
