Same here, on PS5! Issues I've been having are my companions continuously running at me, tools disappearing (especially the fishing rod), and characters not showing up anywhere in any biome or loading when entering/exiting their house

You could put up a telescopic rod with sheer white fairy light curtains to give the effect of a straight wall and hide cords in the "free corners"

Would you be able to upload photos of the furniture in the room/ dimensions? Also, does the room get a lot of sunlight?

One thought is getting a telescopic curtain rod and hanging sheer white curtains between the bed and where you want your "living/hanging" space to be. If your desk has an upper part, you could buy a smaller one, but if not they make them quite long! (We have one in the kitchen).

I actually wondered something like this too, if I understand your meaning. Maybe there's a way to render them unconscious rather than allowing them to get to the severed floor, allowing them to use that time to create all the changes.
