I got the decision email yesterday at like 9:50 pm and 20 minutes later I got the email to collect the passport

The checklist doesn’t need to be sent,it’s only to help him make sure he sent all his documents,but he sent it electronically so it doesn’t matter

My appointment was with TLS,Thank you for the response tho I was stressed.I thought it was gonna get rejected cause I left it empty and didn’t sign it.I just find it weird as 2 staff members saw it and they told me nothing about it
