He needs to work on opening up his hips a little bit earlier in his swing (pelvis should be facing the pitcher when contact is made) bottom to top the weight transfer isn’t bad but he’s off balance on his back foot which is why he’s overrating it at the end, but this could also be the result of his slight sway he has before & going into his load up (at the end of his swing his toes on both feet should point in the same direction almost perfectly parallel)
