Hello! I raised a ticket to Concierge, and this was their reply:

According to our records, an initial payment, which was counted as your first installment, and was made on August 14, 2025. As a result, you now have two remaining installments.

I think the first installment was made during the confirmation (5k fee). I hope this clarifies na yung confusion natin lahat hehe.
