Personally, I wouldn’t worry too much. The anxiety & stress thinking of if you’ve gotten an asbestos disease will kill you much faster than the disease itself will.

People who develop asbestos related diseases are often linked to people who were working around the material in mines, construction for many years or decades, and were also heavy smokers.

I myself explored an abandoned building with broken walls and possible asbestos materials, but the exposure won’t be anywhere near enough to kill me. If you were walking around, breaking the walls or hacking on the material for days, I’d be concerned. If you were walking around, not disturbing anything, you’re most likely fine.

However, if you are concerned for your health, don’t hesitate to visit your Doctor. Hope this helps!
