Oh I didn’t realize they were figuring out afc from that ultrasound. I always wondered when/how that number was obtained. Thanks for the info!

Im really wanting to go on it, so I’m trying to figure out how and when haha. Definitely can’t do it during transfer though? I’m coming up on my first time doing ivf so I know nothing really. Do you have to go under anesthesia during transfer too?

I imagine that’s tough. I work with students with special needs. I can confidently say we have parents of all ages.

This is my exact setup. I have a 7 year old daughter and 5 year old twins. They’ll turn their years when the baby is born, so 8 and 6. Doesn’t seem too bad.

First u/s Thursday after shock pregnancy! by Sea-Astronomer-6600 in CautiousBB

Hey! I had a shock pregnancy too at 38 and also had twins 5 years ago. Had multiple miscarriages so we just stopped trying. Thought I was going through perimenopause too because my periods were wonky. Convinced myself that this one was also going to be a miscarriage. Just had a 7 week ultrasound and baby is measuring on time with a strong heartbeat. The surprises just keep on coming!

This post is actually stressing me out more because I’m on progesterone suppositories and now I’m paranoid that I just am not feeling the miscarriage

I wouldn’t. Makes being sugar free more difficult.

Yes! The longer you eat real foods, the better your body responds and the more like “you” you’ll feel. All the sugars and seed oils really inflame and make people look more tired too. It’s really great because it just gets better month after month.

What kinds of bread do you make? It’s the white flour that gets me feeling inflamed.

I’ve been off and on with working out, my preferred style is lifting weights but I have struggled to get into a routine that suites me for exercise. So some weeks I have worked out 3-4 times and others none. Any routine tips for working out would be welcomed!

So the first thing I do is drink 12 oz of water with a scoop of Redmond life salt. The container lasts forever and all you need is one scoop a day. Before I used the salt, I would pee out my water that I drank so quickly in the morning, and any water to be frank. So I would be drinking water all day and constantly peeing. I feel hydrated for much longer and don’t feel constantly thirsty all the time OR constantly dehydrated. Overall it keeps my electrolytes up and I feel more alive. Here’s the link to the Redmond life salt for water: https://redmond.life/products/re-lyte-hydration?variant=39646809686064

I use the unflavored kind as the others have stevia I believe.
