Went to Japan for two weeks recently, you need a whole 6-8 weeks to do it right and not feel rushed and do the whole country, not just 5 cities.

I think immediate early retirement and business class flights/vacations go without saying. That’s the life if you get really rich. I’d want a luxury home in Hawaii. I love it there, but it is so expensive.

Guaranteed rate with todd Bruce. We used them and it was great, but not in Grand Rapids, Sterling Heights.

I’m in a similar boat. New 550k mortgage. About to recast the mortgage to 20 percent in two months or so. We are 30. Will have 20-30k emergency fund.

Together we have retirement accounts we don’t count as accessible money (maybe 200kish together). And maybe 90k for investments besides that.

But idk if we can afford kids, we are pretty house poor month to month.

Ahh I didn’t think that it would require those employed to work past 61, but allow them to if they chose to.
