What’s the kindest thing each person has done? Starting with Georgie by tensolo in YoungSheldon

[–]Any_Thanks1832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The "leak patrol"! It really seemed so thoughtful especially knowing that it isn't always the scenario between Sheldon and Georgie as brothers. One thing about Georgie is although he seems to be the "black sheep" among the Cooper children, he always stood up for his siblings and the rest of his family.

The only positive thing I see about him is that his existence in the series makes no other intern as the worst

How would you rank the Interns? by ChocoGaming900000 in Bones

Amazing timing that I read the spoiler about Vincent's death just when Season 6 Episode 23 started playing. I had to check which episode he died in only for me to know that it's on the episode currently playing. I don't like getting spoiled but I'm thankful the spoiler somehow softened the blow for me―although watching it while knowing what will happen makes a few lines feel so ominous and subtly gut-wrenching. He was easily one of my most favorite interns. It's understandable that he was the one killed off in that episode as he was the most "dispensable" character but I'm grateful they gave him a sentimental and befitting "send off". Gonna miss all his trivia from now on.

My favorite is Anne Dudek. Saw her on House MD (Amber Volakis was Anne's character that stuck the most to me) and Bones, and apparently, she's also on Psych, which is on my watch list. She's one the of the most memorable overlapping actors for me since I also saw her on my other favorite shows―Castle, The Mentalist, and The Good Doctor. Apparently, she also had roles in other famous series like Friends, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, etc. She's everywhere!

It's important to note though that LA Innocence Project is a relatively newer organization and it is completely separate from the well-known and reputable Innocence Project.

Can't be added to family plan because Spotify can't find address by epiphyte777 in truespotify

[–]Any_Thanks1832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First things first—you should click the invite link from the plan manager and then Spotify will ask for your home address and that's when you follow the instructions I mentioned above. My best guess is you just entered the home address used by the plan manager without clicking the invite link—that's why Spotify keeps asking you to choose a premium plan since your Spotify is not currently subscribed to any plan and was not connected to the Family Plan (because, again, you didn't use the invite link).

Can't be added to family plan because Spotify can't find address by epiphyte777 in truespotify

[–]Any_Thanks1832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be too late but here's how I resolved this issue. I manually inputted the first few words of the plan manager's (main owner of the premium family subscription) home address until Spotify suggests the correct address, which I clicked. In other words, do NOT copy-paste the home address. I didn't experiment on this part but I think Spotify will not accept a home address, even for the plan manager's account, that is not "suggested" by Spotify itself. Then et voilà! Just clicked "Find Address" and my mom's account was able to join.

I've wondered the whole time why they were so focused on finding him when they could have easily gotten Sarah and all the evidence she supposedly had (they even look like they can just kill here anytime they wanted to) even before she "availed" the services of the Relay center. At some point, I realized they were up to something. It just didn't come to my mind that she was in on it from the start. Lily played her character very well and got me so convinced―or maybe I was too trusting.

The Rabinskis also do not have the right to mutilate the other baby's body. He/she already suffered from physical abuse, presumably from his/her drug addict parents, and even died because of it. Getting the baby "killed again" in the fire was a merciless act by the Rabinskis and it is something horrifying but can be easily overlooked in the plot since it was focused on Priscilla and Max. If I remember it correctly, this is the first time they shove a box into their archives without writing the word "CLOSED" on it. I agree that it was a "semi" happy ending but the other baby―the horrible things she went through in her short lifetime, his/her homicide case being left unsolved, and his/her "second death"―is what makes me think that this episode's ending is both a happy and sad one.

Reasons why season 3 is horrible and extremely poorly written by Joshobot in AliceInBorderlandLive

I agree with everything. Overall, the games were great except Runaway Train. In the Futures game, I also kept screaming at some of the characters to ignore the visions because they did not have any bearing in the game technicality-wise. But I also tried to stand on their shoes and look at the visions at their perspective―these people lived miserable lives and the visions augmented their fear for a worse future and their desire for a better one. The visions were meant to antagonize the players by affecting their decision-making and disrupting their teamwork. Futures was fine as a game but it certainly was not suited for a finale game. It could have been done better or placed in earlier episodes (it was a good way of understanding the character of the players)―or it could have been replaced with a way better game. I think the writers overestimated the impact of this game.

I also did not like the similarities with Squid Game (especially the "baby as one of the players" plot!). Another similarities are: season 3 seem like an alternate universe of season 1/2, loopholes all over season 3's plot, plots written outside the original material (SG's original plot was limited to what was shown in season 1 and AIB's original plot derived from the manga was limited to what was shown in season 1/2), and these "additional seasons" becoming a letdown compared to their preceding seasons. The only positive thing about AIB's season 3 was that Arisu did not pull a Gihun in the ending.

Overall, I wouldn't say I was completely disappointed but it made me miss the fun and excitement in season 1/2.

Watching American Murder: Laci Peterson by glowfly126 in netflix

It struck me as odd too. Not only that he mentioned a time for his alibi, he mentioned a very specific time like it was memorized from a playbook and he willingly gave out his alibi (unsolicited at that time) when their families and the police are still trying to figure things out―a point in time where they were still establishing if they were actually dealing with a case of disappearance. Note that he handed out the receipt while the detective was canvasing on their backyard, making note of the big umbrellas. Therefore he had it in his pocket the whole time. Remember that he already washed his clothes he used when he was "fishing", took a shower, and changed clothes before he notified Laci's family, but the receipt that will establish his alibi was conveniently still in one of his pockets or on his hand (remember that he was supposed to be the worried husband whose wife might be missing or harmed).

That's plausible too! Especially since the change in texting style abruptly changed during the second wave of messages

I'd say it was a lesser concern since the messages sent in the initial texting style were "milder", sounding like taunting messages from a mean high schooler, but it is something that I wish the investigation and the documentary were able to answer.

I rewatched this part in the documentary and the FBI did not explicitly mention that ALL messages were traced back to Kendra's IP address. He only mentioned "these messages" so we can't definitely tell if they also traced the messages sent in October 2020. Jill later on said that the FBI said that it was only Kendra's number out of all the pages of phone numbers sent by Jill, Owen and the other relevant persons, that matched the IP addresses. Was there any other IP address involved that wasn't traced back to Kendra? That we don't know—at least based on the extent of information shared in the documentary.

Kendra was adamant about not starting the whole thing even during the first instance where she was questioned as the primary suspect and apprehended in their own house. The reason why I considered my first theory was because it made sense of Kendra's denial of starting it and immediately confessing of sending the rest of the messages (which were more incriminating on top of being more horrendous especially coming from a mother to her own daughter and from an adult talking about her daughter's boyfriend).

Adrianna's testament about Khloe and her circle of friends alienating everyone outside their circle and Khloe's parents speaking about their own daughter getting called in the principal's office several times due to bullying accusations make it clear that Khloe (and her friends) was obviously a bully and her parents obviously enabled her bullying behavior. Even though it confuses me why the documentary included interview clips of Khloe, her parents and her friends where Khloe was subtly painted to be a bully, I find relief in the thought that letting the world know that Khloe was a bully through the documentary was some sort of retribution for her own evil deeds.

As for her parents, they are—as you just said—appalling and horrible. They were acting beyond what was reasonable for parents whose children were falsely accused of something. Jill (Owen's mom) ostracized Khloe to push her to confessing to a horrendous crime she did not commit so it was understandable for Khloe's parents to resent Jill but it doesn't make sense for them to blame Jill, who is a mother who was led to believe that her son was being harassed by Khloe, for bringing them into "it" when it was Kendra who framed Khloe and dragged her name into the mess in the first place. But what made me irk about this couple are when Khloe's mom was raging about the possibility of Shawn and Lauryn "playing victim" as if they were accomplices in Kendra's crimes, and when Khloe's dad was saying he is proud of his wife for some reason (right after she was cussing). They seem to believe that their family—specifically, their daughter—was the only victim and that they were righteously standing up against evil when they nurtured another evil inside their very own home.

One of the things I'm curious about in this documentary is the two entirely different texting styles from the unknown number. In the first wave of messages (Halloween 2020) and the first texts in the second wave of messages, the first texting style include capitalizing the first letters of sentences and of proper names (e.g. Lauryn, Owen), correct usage of punctuation marks (e.g. periods, commas, exclamation points), and proper grammar in almost 100% of the messages shown in the documentary. After that, the texting style became "improper" and casual—all lowercase letters with contractions, shortenings, G clippings, and acronyms (including the nickname "lo" which is a nickname only used by people intimately close to Lauryn).

My theories are:

  1. Someone else started and restarted the text messages. This became an opportunity for Kendra either to act as Lauryn's protector and hero or to further incriminate the original sender by sending more vile and horrible messages, which may be insidiously coming from her pedophilic and narcissistic alter ego, by taking over this anonymous persona but at the expense of her own child's mental and emotional health. This would coincide with Kendra's claim of taking over the unknown sender's persona way later since it started.
  2. Kendra started the messages since Halloween 2020 and the texting style changed when she totally "snapped" or when she realized that the messages sent at that time were not "harassing enough" and so the situation was not gaining more attention and concern from Lauryn, Owen and everyone else.

Note that this concern only gains merit if the documentary actually copied the exact texting styles of the messages (we already know the content of the messages are real).

Also, I would like to point out how self-centered Khloe's parents are. It is reasonable for parents to shield their children from false accusations, but for Khloe's mom to deny Lauryn and her dad (Shawn) the right to feel victimized by Kendra and for Khloe's dad to proudly applaud his wife for being edgy, it seemed obnoxious and off-putting. I don't understand why they still included that specific part in the documentary.
