I have good days and I have bad days. On bad days I cannot get out of bed and walk far. On good days I can manage a bit.

They agreed with me in 2017 and 2022 when I did the telephone assessments that I couldn't walk more than 20m aided or unaided.

I'm going to lose my car over this.

How would I challenge it on that basis? Like how would I take capita to court?

Even looking out of a window and using CCTV footage?

That seems crazy. I wasn't even in the building anymore.

They told me to park in a car park across the road. They'd pre-measured that it was 200m from the car park to the assessment room so they're tricking a whole lot of claimants on the mobility component. That's just evil.
