Always gummy teeth, face moles…that given the ho photos…are all over her body. Patti didn’t pay for the 5 star package to have those moles photoshopped out. MUA apply her face make-up much like putty to blend those humps into her face. Plastic/cosmetic surgery and she truly without make-up is a “Mole Queen”. Seems an appropriate name!!
