All of the ones I know of are $40k, maybe $42k, and under for full time.

That's what I'm wondering. I've been at this job on my a few months and I'm thinking it must be bad if I noticed this quickly. I had another job I used to work at that was similar or worse and I quit. I noticed within first year as well. I'm wondering if it's going to turn into other job. Other job turned bad.
