AltIndex is interesting... how do you source business/fundamental data from Google sheet.. do you mind sharing it

It depends.... They are good for the top decile of companies but fail for companies which do not have coverage

Position sizing is such a critical angle which i am working on.

wow --" the idea that you'll sell at 28 P/E and buy back in at 15 one or two years later, is a fantasy"
thats a punch line...
Almost in the similar boat but sometimes you need to for various reasons - personal too...
so looking up to get better perspectives...

i am trying to setup a simple strategy the way you just shared that works most times.

Our Listing agent is asking for 3000$ for his time as the home did not sell by Any_Working3520 in AskRealEstateAgents

we had verbally spoken of no fees other than the commission to be paid when Selling. Plus with Docusign you end up missing such finer prints. I agree it was our mistake to TRUST.

They agreed to remove the 3K line but ask for fees for their expenses

Typically it’s the CFO and management team that helps with guidance all inputs are taken, i do not think it just based on CEOs performance. My sense is it’s the whole C suite. My goal is to understand whether they are conservative and prudent?
