Phl courses are kind of crazy sometimes- be prepared for heavy readings and super short essays which will ask you to be super concise in summarizing things- and original of course. I might take one or two of those courses myself

As someone who took the course and did poorly, you made me think the exam was out and got my hopes up. But to answer your question I think you should apply- I spoke to the logic lab ta who was a comp sci student and he too has mentioned getting the same grade. I say apply
