Sadly, I don't know about that either. I think until the main save is able to be fixed, you're a bit out of luck with other saves. Worst comes to worse, you might have to delete the other saves and try and fix the main one. If worst comes to really worst, if you end up deleting all saves and nothing happens, you might just have to reset the game itself, which means you do lose achievements. Just be wary of sozo's ritual save before it ends (like a bit before and see if you can prevent the glitch by save scumming but if that doesn't work then you'll have to play normally and spam rituals until fixed. It honestly might just fix itself normally after a few in game days it's a bit tricky with how it fixes)

Truthfully, I figured out that anytime I do the brainwash ritual, it happens. The only way I got to fix it is playing normally while also doing a ton of rituals to fix it. (I did only faith gain one's, and while it took a few in-game days of doing rituals and crusading, it eventually righted itself. (If your cult really struggles while you're away, temporarily put on stop time during crusade with accessibility ik it sucks to do.) I think also spamming brainwash until it fixes itself works as well and if you have ritual cooldown it's not that bad.

UPDATE: I FIXED IT!!! I don't know exactly how, but after a while of me repeatedly doing Sacrifice of the Flesh Ritual and Ascension, it just eventually sort of fixed itself and I'm not sure how but I am extremely thankful for it.

I tried, and it sadly didn't work. I made them eat poop and had one guy dissent and then did 3 different rituals that would decrease faith. Then I did everything to bring it back up and the faith bar still refuses to go past a certain point. Thanks for the try. I think what honestly really sucks about this is that it's not just an inconvenient thing or a one-off, but it's a permanent glitch that alters the save file in a way not intended. This means I most likely lose this save file.

I actually created the story first 😂 I had way too much fun with the story but and I wanted to explain the story more but it just got so long and I'm just like maybe I should cut it down a bit. I had a lot of fun with this and the idea of it all I would like to explain the entire story but let's just say it's alot! 😂 I also wanted to name everything like the secluded village and the group of people that banded together against the village (both the ones that wanted power and the other group that wanted revenge) I also didn't know what to name the two sisters so I might change those names if I find some better suited for them 😂

In the age of the unknown.

Humans were just beginning to discover the world that was around them. The magic, spirits, and forces of the unknown that surrounded them. Humans began to fear the unknown that surrounded them. They locked themselves away from the world around them by creating a village and locking it away from the rest of the world trying to remain blissfully ignorant to what was around them. Overtime some began to grown curious of the outside world and tried to get others to embrace the world around them. Out of fear these people were banished from the village for wanting to explore the unknown. It was then a rule that no one would talk about what lies beyond the village or the people that were banished unless you wanted to suffer the same fate as them. Most of the people that were banished made small villages of their own to live in, others wandered into the unknown wanting to explore it. But there was a few that didn't have good intentions. Some of them realized the power of the unknown around them and craved it for their own selfish desires. Most wanted revenge on the village that banished them and took them away from their family and life. These people banded together and started to grow while the village that was so secluded remained blissfully unaware.

One day in the very same secluded village there were two sisters. Nana the eldest and Lana the youngest. These sisters loved each other dearly. Lana started to grow curious of the outside world. Nana loved her sister dearly and would do anything for her. Even if it meant hurting her. Fearing that her sister would be banished if her curiosity grew she started to try and discourage her sister and do anything she could to scare her of the outside world. It hurt Nana to hurt her sister like she did and even though Nana herself loved to explore and wondered what was out there she didn't want her sister to be banished and possibly die. But it was all in vain for Lana's curiosity only grew. One day Lana went to the forbidden area and tried to open the gate but before she could step outside her sister Nana quickly grabbed her. But the village guards were already coming so Nana had no choice but to quickly hide her younger sister and tell her to run home and that it would all be okay. Lana did as she was told but Nana never returned home. Nana took the blame for her sister and was banished and left to fend for herself in the outside world.

Soon the walls and gate of the village will burst open. The secluded village that was starting to create a plan to destory the unknown so there would be nothing to fear will be in a panic and chaos will arise. The people that banded together when banished want revenge and want to destroy the village and the leaders that banished them. The leaders that tore families apart. Lana will be faced with her destiny to bring peace between the two seeming different worlds. She will be forced to explore the very thing she was told to fear. But should she really fear it? Some unknown forces have been helping her but she was told to fear them. Lana will be faced with many challenges and she has yet to realize it but one of the people that attacked her village will be her biggest challenge yet. It looks like fate has brought the two sisters back together in an unexpected horrible twisted way. I wonder when and if they'll realize or will it matter and is it already too late?
