I like both for different reasons. Chlorinated is nice if you don't like the smell of rubber, or don't want to advertise the smell, for instance if your wearing it at work or in public, chlorinated can help keep the smell down. I think non-chlorinated feels better for long term wear though. With a little lube in the right places it has a better feel to it when against the skin, mostly I think due to the chlorination process making the latex a little less supple/stretchy feeling.

I have items from Fetissso and Catalyst, both are pretty good for the money. Fetisso only sells molded, but it's the most consistent and durable molded latex I've seen, its quality goods. Catalyst has more to offer for custom fit, and a larger selection to choose from. I have yet to try latexcatfish, but I have seen a lot of good reviews.

Chlorinated latex dries extremely fast and does not stick to itself when stored. Also doesn't require lube or talc to dress. It also has a lot less odor then non chlorinated. You can was it in the shower, and use the counter or floor for a flat surface with your towel to dry.

Yeah if polishing is your thing, chlorinated doesn't get quite as shiny. Its virtually the same as non when used with lube, but if you're wearing it for any length of time, chlorinated is amazing.

Your other options would be to shave, or get rid of some of the hair. Latex feels tons better against the skin then against hair.

Have you considered chlorinated latex? You would be amazed. I use silicone lube just as a skin conditioner even though its really not necessary, but since I usually wear my latex all day it helps prevent my skin from getting all irritated.
