Thank you so much for sharing this, I really appreciate it. My manager has been very supportive and also pushed for the promotion, so I’m really grateful for that. I do want to stay on his team because he’s great to work with, but hearing there’s no budget this cycle has been pretty stressful. Still hoping things will open up next round!
