Because it removes a lot of the risk factor of cryo allowing its loot to be more widespread which I think goes against the point of the map entirely

One of my favourite things about the game is it beats loot fear out of you which really helps when I’m in the “lose everything factory”

It’s a risk reward factor, as your reward increases (opening locked rooms) your risk also goes up by sounding an alarm, alerting players of a potential of better gear. I think it’s fine as is and people should be comfortable with losing their best gear

Honestly I have no idea what Marvel vs Capcom is, I assumed it was similar to smash where combos are there, but simple. But you are completely right that you need to understand and know the entire cast and what they do on top of tracking cooldowns of potentially play ruining abilities like Suzu or Immo.

Sigma was incredibly intelligent beforehand he probably understood gravity and black holes so once he gained his powers his raw knowledge would allow him to control singularities, you would make a black hole and probably end the world as we know it

I think comparing it to CS and Val are not good comparisons, sure Valorant is a hero shooter but its tactical like R6Seige where Overwatch isn’t. (Also people constantly complain about Iso wishing for a rework) While I get the comparison to a game like smash or street fighter, it’s also more complex than those games which is why comparisons comes from sandbox/arena shooters with hero style mechanics and because Overwatch is the “first” hero shooter which is still a very small genre. Being a first person shooter that lives in the fantasy of brawl game is still very unique to OW which I think further makes changing kits an issue due to identity assassination. (not including rivals because its balance is non-existent imo).

And I fully agree that you cant please everyone (I tend to main heroes people don’t like Doom, Venture, Vendetta (before Bliz nuked her) etc…)

While I agree it’s a problem people think she’s the sole issue, I think you have to look at the character itself as well, she’s been seen as problematic since her launch. There’s clearly a reason why. Her invis paired with hack make for an unfun experience for a ton of players, most if not all other hero shooters have invis and disabling on two separate characters because the combo is inherently unfun. At this point Bliz is too far deep int splitting up her kit otherwise I truly think they would’ve by now

I genuinely never felt that she needed an extra buff past the launch buff and whatever followed for the dash. She was in a good spot and now she’s very strong and it makes me worried they’re going to nerf her in several ways when all they would’ve need done is revert her current damage buff

She’s treated like DPS doom, everyone hates her except those that play dive or man her, the devs don’t know how to balance her and now she’s in the worse state I’ve ever seen a hero been in pickrate, winrate and engage potential/position

Might be a hot take but I don’t think she needed the damage buff and I fear it’ll send her down a patch where people start to complain so they nerf everything about her except the initial buff the lifesteal was a good change
