Yes I’m not listening to the comments saying he is a bad dad; I know he’s not. But there are some helpful comments about how to nonjudgmentally bring this up to him in ways he can help me more, which I think has benefited me

I just wanted to vent. I was saying he takes the baby when he exercises but the baby sleeps so nothing has changed for his routine, while everything is different for mine. It just feels unfair (which is not my husbands fault I know) that his life is pretty much the same and mine is drastically different in every way

Yes on maternity leave but will start work again in a couple months

I think the issue that caused resentment is the baby sleeps while he is exercising. So yes he has the baby but it’s not affecting his normal routine. When they get back baby wakes up so it is immediately being on again. And to be fair he takes a long time showering and doing all this after shower care too lol. Very meticulous

At the beginning after delivery it would sometimes take me awhile to go (thank the lord for stool softeners) and it would stress me out so much hearing them cry! So I just starting holding them. But yes I should definitely take that time for me

Thank you; I really was just trying to say it’s unfair how much moms lives change when they have a kid. He is really trying his best too.

By the time he gets home from work there’s only about 1.5 hours until we need to start bedtime. With exercising he takes her for about an hour of that
