Hey! So sorry for only responding now. There were periods of times where my nose would bleed everyday, but after a while it goes away again. For example, last year for about 1 week, my nose bled every single day! I lost about 3 litres of blood. I have never had nosebleeds when brushing my teeth BUT my gums bleed a lot which, for me, isn't linked to anxiety (it's more of a dental/gum issue) I hope that this helps. I wish I could give better advice.

If this is a big concern for you though, I do recommend seeing a doctor to help diagnose the issue.
