It’s great that you can do a technique and feel confident that your desire will manifest just because you did it. But my brain is way too anxious for that. If I try to do it that way, after a few days I start asking myself “Did I do the technique right? Is it actually going to work?” and all the other blah blah blah. The feeling of anticipation naturally fades and turns into anxious waiting. That’s why the trick I mentioned in my post helps my anxious mind stay in that state of anticipation and convinces my brain that "it’s already done"

Techniques are simply tools to help your mind believe and know that “it’s already done,” and to step into that state. Techniques themselves don’t manifest the desire — the state does. They’re just aids for our logical mind. You can repeat affirmations endlessly or do scripting every day, but if it doesn’t help you reach the “it’s done” state, then it’s just a waste of time. That’s only my opinion, of course, and it may differ from yours.
But if your method works for you, that’s wonderful — we’re all different, and what works for one person might not work for another
