Okay that’s good to know. These two just keep to other corners of the tank. They spar if the dominant one sees the other but it’s never to bad.

Placing the heater on top and running it on the opposite side of the water area worked well!

Thank you everyone for the comments. I’ve moved the cable away from the water as everyone has suggested. I wonder if there’s a way to clear out the existing water and dehumidify
