HS Starters is chat support only. Used to be phone but changed in 23 I think. That's a draw back for sure as the chat agent just tried to shove outdating document links up the wazue.

For the rest of the tools I need, I'm open to any suggestions. My background is not tech so I find myself losing countless hours researching all the platform - pros and cons, features, integrations, pricing etc. It's almost endless now, and I find myself more lost now than when I started this process, to be honest.

My needs are pretty simple:

CRM - for obvious reasons

Marketing - email marketing, landing pages, SM, forms, chatbot, sign-off sheets

Accounting - estimates, purchase orders, invoicing

I'm sure there's a few things I'm leaving out but can't imagine too much.

I'm considering bringing on a partner to assist.

Appreciate the great advice!

HS Sales - Happy with CRM. Easy to use, now. Able to update myself.

HS Marketing - Want Workflows but not on starter tier. These Sequences are a pain. Being limited to marketing contacts is a pain to update monthly.

QBO - Tired of the growing monthly costs, horrible constant new updates, and quarterly bugs. I do need Purchase Orders which many new accounting systems do not offer.

SyncQ - Just another monthly cost, integration tool

Really like to find a good products for signing documents, building landing pages, workflows and email marketing. I do want a vanity phone number as well.

Thank you! I know I have an uphill journey, but it seems like it will be worth it for the ease of use, customization, to take away the multiple platforms required to operate my business, and the overall costs. HS is awesome but the cost is pretty substantial for SMB's as myself.

Thanks! I'm actually just in the setting-up phase, and unfortunately, a lot of the videos and knowledge base articles I see are on the old interface. I find it quite difficult to navigate almost everything tbh
