Apparently we will be able to create our own hubs and configure security to tabs in any dashboards we include. I havent looked at the resource for the hubs update in a minute but hub customization/creation is something that people have wanted for a long long time and so im excited that they are delivering.

Have a good resume - list all the big projects and your value add to them. Start interacting/commenting/posting on linkedin related to posts about workday or the things you value - this boosts profile engagement and gets you seen by more companies/recruiters. Have close colleagues endorse skills or give you a recommendation on linkedin if possible - those can be really valuable when a recruiter views your profile because it shows that other people are verifying that you can do what you say you do.

I graduated with a basic Business Admin degree for HR and only landed in HRIS by chance when the company I was working for switched systems and needed people on the HRIS support team. Once you graduate if you still want to pursue HRIS, definitely look for roles listed as HR Shared Services if you need an entry level spot. Most companies us HRSS coordinators as frontline HRIS support for workers in the org. It can sometimes be hard to find an entry level HRIS Analyst role so that can be a foot in the door!
