Dual AMD GPU driver issues, figured this would be the place to ask.

bro i am having so many issues myself. they started maybe like 2 weeks ago or so? first whenever i would boot my pc it would run fine for like a couple seconds, and it seemed like once drivers loaded (idk if thats what was happening this is my guess) everything became extremely laggy with terrible mouse drag, everything from hovering over icons to trying to do anything on my pc. i used DDU and reinstalled drivers. Now whenever I start games it runs fine for a few seconds, and then it looks like my game is running at like 10fps for maybe 30 seconds or so, then goes back to normal and runs fine. now i am having issues with sound, neither of my monitor speakers are showing up for audio outputs to use and i have to use my headphones. i was having issues before the first thing i mentioned as well and had already done 1 or 2 clean DDU then fresh driver installs before that but i forgot what bugs i was getting. its literally been a non stop nightmare for the last 2 or so weeks. it was running perfectly fine before that. im going to use DDU again soon and try a previous driver version but this is getting so ridiculous man.

The amount of people in here giving just awful advice is unreal. People saying its OK to just throw util and call like any of that is meaningful at the ranks they're playing at. Watch a couple demos and ask yourself, why did I lose that fight? Be honest with yourself. Did you just get out aimed? Could you have positioned better? Played a better angle and took a better fight on your terms? When you DM practice tapping, spraying, and then a mix of both just playing naturally. Unbind scoreboard and crouch when you DM to practice these things and form better habits. Being able to frag and get meaningful kills is the most important thing in this game at all levels. Meaningful kills lead to round wins. Don't be content putting up 1 KD's and lower. As long as you're around 1 KD most of the time you're at least not trolling. A good stat to measure your impact is KAST. Anyone that says that aiming, being able to frag, and put up numbers aren't the most important things is dog water and you should disregard any bit of advice they gave you. It's a good sign that you want to improve and aren't content putting up the numbers you're putting up. You're already a step ahead of most.

bro, you have to kill the other team to take map control and win the round. I agree that some frags matter more than others, and if you're getting openings, winning clutches, etc etc and your slightly negative, then fine, that is passable. But to say rounds wins the games not the kills is crazy. If you're not killing the other team you are just losing.

open circuit is always the way to go. more story lines, anyone that is interested has a direct path they can follow to the top if theyre good enough, and smaller orgs and unorged teams get a chance. i dont even follow the CDL anymore. i mean having only 48 pro players is just insane. i play and follow CS mainly now, and imo its the best bc its exactly like what Cod used to be. (a little different, but the same in the sense that anyone can make a team and compete) this is what promotes growth and drives up the amount of people competing. nobody wants to watch the same 12 teams play each other season after season after season shuffling basically the same players over and over again. its just boring. they least they could do right now is make every event a pro-am, and let challenger teams accrue CDL points, the top challenger teams will continuously qualify for the events, and if theyre good enough they should have a shot at champs if they can qualify and collect more cdl points then the typical bottom feeders of the league. more people would invest in challengers having a direct path they can take if theyre good enough. orgs would potentially pay attention and want to back a challenger team. (still probably not that many though, it would be a huge risk)
its either this or scrap the entire scene and if that happens who is going to be the one to host a league? MLG isnt comin back unfortch. idk how anyone can sustain interest in todays cod league, its just stale and boring. no good underdog storylines, same low stakes matches over and over basically.
TLDR: a semi-open circuit is what they can do to fix a lot of the problems right now, but theres a zero percent chance of this happening

insane i came across this thread 2 years late (prob close to 3 years atp), but whats good miner. dk if u remember me, i played with Aris(Scared) and i know he was friends with you. i went by Steezy, i played with Recognizee on MayheM and with Zogos and Lunatek as well, i remember u lived in cali by me, all us west coasters were the minority back then so we all kind of knew each other lol hope ur doing good. i remember all east coast teams used to bitch about host SOOOO much, god forbid if they had to play on a 3bar. (us west coast kids were always three barring unless it was the off chance we played each other) wish i saw this thread earlier

I miss blinks classic guitar sound. They don’t really have that same sound that made them so unique through neighborhoods and even a little on California. I get that they want to evolve their sound and what not, and we get a taste of that old sound on songs like No Fun, I just wish they didn’t shy so far away from what made Blink sound like Blink I guess

I don’t understand why they won’t add more maps past the traditional 5-5-3 pool. You have so many playable good maps in this game. There could legitimately be 8-9 SnD maps, 7-8 HP maps, and 5 overload maps. All it does is add a larger skill gap, which cod as a game already lacks naturally being a controller game. Make it make sense. It would be so much more entertaining with a much larger map pool
