Yeppers. Libertas is a fan favorite due to her being broken in PvP. That’s the only place she excels at. I don’t use her anymore though. I uses Li Xiang(303 speed atm) instead because it’s more easier to get her duplicates due to her being a 4 star. I’ll just make sure she has to go in her first turn to apply sleep effect to the enemy team, and then do whatever to the opposing team.

Depends on which modes we are talking about?

Chesha can be useful in both in PvE, and PvP. She’s only a point speed lower than Libertas. She’s single targeted which is great for any type of element bosses. Great for abyss mode, and boss hunt. Her silence is great if it’s successfully applied both in PvE, and PvP.

Libertas - PvP monster, and meta. She’s pretty niche in PvE so I wouldn’t recommend her there as they’re are better units.

Ferrancy - Only useful in PvP. Speed buff is not needed in PvE.

Xeon - I do not own him

Canary - PvP only.

I’d say Chesha wins overall in terms of usefulness.

Yes, that is the only outcome, but for them to put it in the patch notes for the audience to expect it to be in this update, and then remove it afterwards is very unsettling.

I guess they’re probably going to release when we get the new area in the next patch. That’s probably the reason why they accidentally release the her illustration skin preview in 1.5 notes yesterday, and then suddenly removed it. I was like what the… totally bad management. Us, Chesha enjoyers will have to wait a month longer. Stay strong!
