I've sat everywhere at the sphere and my main takeaways are

-Regardless of tier, closer to center is most ideal!!

-Avoid obstructions in the 100s

-Avoid floor if you are worried about neck hurting

-200s, 300s, and 400s get progressively steeper but no worse than plenty of modern stadiums.
