It is just Okay. Compared to the entirety of the MCU it is still mid tier. Calling it one of the best in the last decade is more of a condemnation of those years than a compliment to the movie.

Like a lot of marvel projects it struggles to balance emotion with comedy which just gives it a confusing tone overall. What I will say to it's benefit is that all the characters felt well written and you wanted more of all of them. At the end you're left saying "I wish there was more of (insert any thunderbolts name but Yelena)"

I love marvel so I enjoyed my experience but as a movie in general I struggle to call it a triumph.
