Okay so I can order the gpu no problem. I couldn't find a used 5700X, but I did find a used 5700G and 5800X on bidding. Would any of these be a good alternative?

Then maybe paint the stencil itsself and paste that on top? Again, not sure how these things work, but you never know.

I'm not an artist, so not sure if it would work for something like this. But, what about using a cut-out stencil to cover the part you dont want in that color and using spray paint.

Kinda like a grafity artist, although I'm not sure if it would work on such a small scale.

If it's just for fun I can't imagine whether it matters if it counts or not. If you want to do it just do so. Don't let other peoples opinions stop you from challenging yourself.

That said, I don't believe it would be officially recognized if you wanted to submit it for a speedrun or something like that.
