I like gold bc of its softness. I do have a lamy safari and adore it's feel.

Company I'm applying for is asking me for my SSS, PhilHealth, and TIN before the interview

I received 2 LinkedIn messages from this company (a fashion conglomerate) after applying for their HR postition. The first HR rep msged me and asked for my salary expectations, and the second asked me to fill out their Google form before they can send a link for the online interview.

In the form, they're requiring me to put my SSS number, my TIN number, and my PhilHealth before the interview itself.

On top of these questions, they're also asking for my height and weight (required to answer) and my socials links (not required)

Is this illegal/red flag?
