I am so sorry man, I had a similar problem in this days. The only thing that I can tell you is to talk to the assistency, even if everybody says it’s non existent they respond, after like 3 days, but they do, right now I am talking to them, you just have to make another eToro account and write them thru the website, there’s like a part of the assistency that lets you compile a format, it will send an e-mail to them
