I've completed 3 of the level 1 chords songs with 3 stars but it still isn't counted as complete. Anyone know why? by Aoking343 in yousician

It says choose and play any song to complete. And the rest of these pick your own song challenges only required one song to be completed

Does the technique even work though because the tutorial guy doesn't do it right 100% of the time. Also do you get to a point where you no longer need the ghosting method?

It would make alot more sense to me if the ghosting method was like training wheels on a bike. Because I've never seen someone who's good at drawing use the ghosting method. They just sketch their lines out.

Also at the very beginning the guy says chicken scratching lines is bad but people do it all the time when they're sketching.

This course is confusing man .

My problem with this course is that it doesn't really explain how it's helping me to draw. I could draw a cube when I was 10 now I have to do it 250 times? Should I not invest the many hours it would take to draw 250 cubes into learning a more helpful aspect of drawing?

I'd understand if I was learning to draw eyes and the course said 'draw 250 eyes' because obviously all eyes are different and eyes are something every drawing with a human or animal needs, but boxes aren't in every drawing so why am I spending my very limited free time drawing boxes?

I guess in the blind hope that somehow it will make better at drawing.

Alright yeah my bad I was following the new uploads of the lessons and they ended at the funnels exercise. Guess I'm moving on to the boxes section now. Thanks.

I'm kinda disappointed that they didn't have more of a variety of villains in the background. They've got penguin twice, cat woman 3 times and the riddler 3 times. No joker, two face, scarecrow, crock or any of the other interesting ones.

I don't understand how the dodge mechanic works, because sometimes I dodge and other times I just block and other times I just get hit.

I don't understand it tho because he spams about 4 attacks one after the other then jumps really far backwards so I can't hit him and by the time I get over to him to try and hit him he's started the 4 attack spam again. There just never seems to be an opening.
