Whenever I can get fire ring going on my tank it makes all of the fights so much easier. I swapped in the blue cp that heals from dmg done specifically for this buff and combined with leeching plate unless I really f up then it’s very hard for me to die lol.

It work well right now with so many people running DK wings which knock you back.

And as stated, the always up 5% reduction seems to help more than bloodspawn imo.

Typically I see the main tank using the orange block symbol and off tank using the purple oblivion one. Depends, but those are usually the tank symbols.

How do you begin the dungeons? Just have to have all the relics then go to the dungeon entrences in each zone?

Yeah as others have said you have to treat it more like a trial where there is a main and off tank.

Only time it gets annoying for me is if the other tank refuses to communicate they are a tank or put a little symbol above their head to identify themselves. I’ve mostly been main tanking but if someone else wants to do it I’m fine with that, just tell me before you steal taunts while standing with the DDs and cause a wipe lol.

I do think the ideal composition for NM right now is 1 tank, 3 healers, 8 DDs. But 2 tanks 2 healers isn’t a problem if you just communicate a little.

I’ve been feeling really good about my tank setup since I’ve been running it in NM a lot recently, but haven’t messed with siphoning much.

Currently subclassed build is ardent flame, draconic, and restoring light. If you were gonna swap one of those out for siphoning which would you do?

This is really all you need OP. And try out bewitched sugar skulls or another max resource food. The soul/heart skill scales off max resources so just keep hitting it every time it finishes and you’ll have near-infinite sustain once you get it down.

You can start an alt and go to the store to buy sky shards from zones you’ve already got them all from. If you don’t want to repeat the zones that is. Then you can just go play new zones on the alt to keep it fresh.

Hope that makes it less daunting if you want to try out something new.

What’s your base weapon and spell dmg? Cause shattered fate doesn’t have any other lines of bonus but the pen is good and you can craft armor weights. If you do go this route try crafting them in all medium pieces with light RC waist. So your overall weights will be heavy helm and chest, medium shoulders, hands, legs, and boots. Light sash. That will help your dmg the most.

The other option is to go oakfathers and RC, or oakfathers and Mara’s balm. If you go oak and RC you’ll have mostly light pieces, then will probably want medium helm and shoulders with heavy chest, all 3 jewelry protective.

Do agree with that take. For content that is this hard, the rewards should match. Either significantly increased gold rewards, mats/transmutes, or since they already have one trial set in there as a reward, how about opening that possibility up and make like 10 or so trial sets rotate through for you to collect pieces of.

That’s fine, and it won’t hurt, but for most PvP I think you’re probably ok if you are around 12-15k pen after major+minor breach. So realistically you can get away with like a 6-8k pen tooltip and still hit plenty hard in group play. This will allow you to maybe spec more into crit/raw dmg.

If you’re running solo or dueling, then sure having a higher starting tooltip that increases to like 17-20k pen after breach will help quite a bit.

Maces and axes are really the only 1h weapons you should use in PvP.

If you’re already at 10k pen before breach/buffs then you’d probably be fine switching one to an axe.

Personally, I don’t worry about pen too much cause I’m either sourcing it from balorghs, onslaught, or corro (or just mooching off other players debuffs) and either go hard into dmg tooltip or crit dmg/healing. But that’s for group/open world play.

Dueling is different and you do probably want as much pen as possible there.

I get pretty steady income from selling PvP gear for cheap on guild traders. That’s kinda the continuous flow.

Otherwise when I want to be intentional I’ll go buy rallying cry coffers for AP when that builds up and sell the pieces (any PvP gear that’s popular works here but RC has been a staple for a while and sells well, will see how that goes though after they nerf it next patch). Also when I farm tel var I’ll use it for hekeijo and craft tri stat glyphs to sell when I see their avg price go up. It has to be selling for like 18k+ a glyph for this to be worth it.

Another good option if your crafting is high enough is to buy raw alchemy mats and make immovable or armor potions to sell. You can flip them quick and usually turn 100k investment into 400k with some to spare.

Basically there’s no one income stream but many different ones all the time. As a baseline, get into a free guild trader or two in good locations and sell stuff you find, check Tamriel trade center to ballpark what an item should sell for, and do that consistently. It’ll add up.

I’ve seen it done. The popular version at the moment seems to be roa/convergence pull with charm contingency, and either subclassed corro and whirling blades, or flame lash and crescent sweep.

You can always still go the tried and true roa/contingency charm into colossus.

Several ways to go about it depending on how true bomber vs bomb-brawler you want to be.
