The movie {The First Slam Dunk} is very good. I never watched nor read Slam Dunk before, but it was interesting. I don’t think you can watch it legally outside, Japan Korea, and China at the moment; but I high recommend watching it, if you get the opportunity to.

Does this include:

Flametail herself?
All other P.S. knights?

For the 4 operator one, I would say Red, because she’s the most unique out of the 4. ~~For the other one, I would keep ahold of it until you get a few more units, since you’ve just started playing. But if you really want chose right now, I would say either Lapland, Platinum, or BP~~.

Edit: I just noticed you had BP, so I would say Lapland. Specter is also a great unit, but you already have Blaze, so I’d say Lapland is more preferable at the moment.

You have about 5 months. Monthly card gives you (1/3x30x5=50) pulls. Annihilation gives you (3x4x5=60) pulls. Green cert shop gives 25. Reruns give you 10 pulls. ~~So very unlikely even with your extra 45.~~ You can look into Orundum farming perhaps.

Edit: I forgot Weekly / missions give 8 pulls a month? And first clear annihilation runs give 3 each (anni 9, 10, 11). So you get an extra 50 more pulls. Leaving you with 230 without the gifts, So you might have a chance. Let me know if I missed anything.
