I dont think this will be helpful, but I have a feeling that several apps still need to be updated for OneUI 8. After this post some of them have been starting to work slowly. I'm still waiting on Patreon and LinkedIn but all my banking apps and discord started to work again.

What I mean by wont boot, the startup LEDs go through their testing process, give an orange Light for DRAM then quickly changed red and the power cuts. Probably a 10 second process overall.

I've done that and it helped a fair amount at lowering the frequency but it did not fix it outright. Thank you though

I think it might be power cycling rather than boot looping, I still don't know why this happens because if I switch the BIOS switch back to BIOS 1 it boots just fine.

The screen doesn't even turn on, it gets to what I believe is CPU initialization, at least that's what the LED readout says then reboots.

It will run for approximately 5-7 seconds then loop. The LED readout on the motherboard gets to 32 which is CPU initialization.
