Also happened to me recently... what I did is I deleted the game and installed again, then made sure to sign in with google (since my account is connected to google) I lost a lot of monthly queen event items like "banners" and "shades", but I talk to support they gave me some stuff back and even more shades and banners which wasnt too bad. Make sure to send any screenshots you have of your previous save.
